Hey everyone! I’ve got another amazing #OOTD for you that I’m so excited to talk about. This time, my amazing team put together a glamorous look which made me feel like a Hollywood movie star. @classcorneruk returned to style me for the shoot, while @nobodyshotit snapped some killer photos of the ensemble in its full glory.
Before I delve into the look, I’d love to talk more about @nobodyshotit first. He’s a gifted and prolific photographer who’s been taking documentary portraits and fashion photos for around four years now. I knew I wanted to work with him as soon as I saw his photos for the first time. His use of lighting is incredible, and I was so touched that he came down from Manchester to work with me. I’d recommend him to anyone! Now onto the look:
This look’s main focus was a Jean Paul Gaultier trench coat — the one I wore in my previous post — that I’m utterly obsessed with. As I’ve mentioned before, you can wear this coat two ways: traditional like a classic trench or modern by emphasising the built-in bodysuit. @classcorneruk ended up opening the bottom buttons of the coat to accentuate my legs as I posed.
This styling choice also brought attention to other pieces like the patterned tights and printed heels. The tights were from Gucci, featuring the brand’s signature, interlocking monogram print. Additionally, the heels were Balenciaga’s Décolleté pumps; a real statement piece thanks to their eye-catching print and pointed toe shape. Overall, it was fun mixing these trendier pieces with the trench coat.
For this shoot, I had a blast getting my hair and makeup done. My team went for something a bit different — a hyperfeminine, vintage-inspired look to accompany the glamorous outfit.
@eugenze covered one of my Good Hair wigs in lush Hollywood pin curls, keeping each individual curl pinned up for an editorial vibe. To complement the hair, @mahinamakeup created a bold red lip. She also defined my eyes with brown eyeshadow and sculpted my cheeks with a romantic blush.
And that’s everything! I hope you enjoyed learning about this dazzling look (and its Hollywood flair). A big thank you to the entire team for putting everything together. You were amazing.
Until Next Time,
Lots of Love, Kika.
